THE CIRCUS TENTS
We’ve brought to life many different circus tents throughout the venue for you to experience
The Ice Garden
A magical interior garden made entirely from ice. It is Marco’s creation and Celia's favorite attraction. This tent features a small bar serving only the signature drink, “The Ice Garden"—a glass of bubbly served with a piece of blue rock candy!
The Reflection Tent
A beautiful, sparkly tent made entirely from reflective balloons and other materials. Great selfie spot!
Creatures of Mist and Paper
This tent features the paper-cutting artist, Lauren Iida. Watch her intricately cut a 5-foot+++ long paper “net” that incorporates imagery from The Night Circus. **HER ART IS FOR SALE! Place your bid on her creation on the piece of paper displayed at her tent.
The Hall of Mirrors
Just what its name implies.
The Drawing Room
A tent surrounded by blackboards and buckets of chalk provided for guests to draw. The drawings come to life in the book after people have drawn them.
The Stargazer
In the book, this tent is a slow roller-coaster-styled ride at an upward angle, allowing visitors to look up at the stars. It is one of the few items in the circus explicitly described as purely mundane. HOWEVER, we’ve made it much more interesting by incorporating a VR headset experience into the tent.
The Pavilion of Memories
A tent of jars, each containing a scent invoking memories of past idyllic scenes. OPEN THE JARS AND TAKE A SNIFF! In the book, the jars hold memories, and sniffing brings them back to life for you.
Pool of Tears
A silent pool of water surrounded by white stones. You’ll see a box filled with polished black stones at the entrance. As you enter the tent, take one with you and throw it into the pool. This signifies throwing away your worries…and lightening your load.
Surprise Tent
As of this writing…we’re still creating it….come see what we’ve added.
The Wishing Tree
A tree where circus guests can write wishes on candles and light them from previous wishes (candles). Enjoy our twist on this important feature of the book.
Fortune Tellers Tent
Have your future told…if you dare!
The Central Cauldron
It contains a white, constantly burning fire. This is also the source of the spell that binds Celia and Marco to the circus.
OTHER ENJOYMENTS
The Rêveurs Lounge: Rêveurs" are members of the unofficial fan club for The Night Circus. They are extremely devoted to all aspects of the circus, and many follow it around the world. They all wear a splash of red to the circus so they can spot each other and mingle. This beautifully decorated lounge is sponsored by Defrost Dates, a social club. This is where you go to mix and mingle with other guests; perhaps find Celia or Marco and have fun. This lounge area is open to everyone.
The Night Market
Shop at the companies in the beautiful Night Market at the back of the venue, by the stage:
• B. Fuller’s Mortal & Pestle: A quaint tea shop, serving hot tea if you desire •
• Infinity by M: Permanent Jewelry •
• Mask Maker, Tamara •
• Exquisite Out-of-This-World Journals •
NON-PROFIT PARTNER
A portion of the proceeds from tonight’s party benefits Level Up – an organization that serves homeless youth and young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. Level Up provides housing and mentorship.
